1. In case of Unauthorised/Fraud transactions, please BLOCK YOUR RESPECTIVE CHANNEL FIRST to stop further transactions through that channel/s
2. After blocking the channel through ‘Block Channel’ option, you will be redirected to complaint lodgement.
3. For Blocking Channel/s through this portal, OTP would be sent to your Registered Mobile Number (RMN) recorded with the Bank.
4. In case you are not holding RMN or OTP is not received or OTP is not validated, Channel/s CANNOT BE blocked through this portal. Alternatively, please call our Authorised Contact Centre on 1800 5700/ 1800 5000 immediately for blocking your channel/s.
5. For Unblocking the blocked channel, you should visit your respective Base Branch
6. Time duration for blocking the Channel depends upon Network Connectivity at your end and Server response
